Newcastle MBA will be your Employer for the duration of your Traineeship to handle everything administration wise and provide support and guidance while you’re gaining on the job skills.
- Receive accurate and timely payments – MBA processes your pay, superannuation, etc.
- Job Security – 12 month term to complete your Traineeship.

Certificate III in Business Administration – 2026 Commencement (Internal Role with MBA Team)
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated school leaver to join the Newcastle Master Builders Apprentices team in 2026! This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration.
As part of our friendly office team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of administration and reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, data entry, and general office support.
No prior experience is needed – just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-focused mindset. If you’re keen to start your career in business administration and want to be part of a supportive team environment, this could be the perfect first step for you.

- Holds a current drivers licence or has reliable transportation to and from Broadmeadow NSW.
