What is Group Training?
Newcastle Master Builders Apprentices is a not-for-profit company that employs Apprentices and Trainees (predominantly in the Building and Construction Industry) through a training agreement/contract where we employ directly and hire out to what we call “Host Employers”.
This training arrangement assists in removing the barriers of employment for 4 years; whilst allowing growth through experience on a range of different job sites and better employment security.
